Please register online, by email or during our call times for a video consultation. We will then arrange an appointment with you.

Procedure

1st appointment

We will confirm your appointment by email.

2. Dialling in from a PC, tablet or smartphone

10 minutes before your appointment, dial into the waiting area. The doctor can see this and will call you at the agreed time, plus/minus 5 minutes.

Data protection

We treat all your data as strictly confidential in accordance with medical confidentiality and the applicable data protection regulations. Telephone consultations are not recorded. Please make sure that you are in a place where you can speak undisturbed.

Important note

The video consultation does not replace a visit to the practice for acute complaints or if a physical examination is necessary. In emergencies, please call the emergency number 112.
